Donations
Recycling and Donations are a great way to make sure your items are going to someone else who can use them. Below are some of my favorite resources and try to recycle or donate rather than discarding useable items. With a little bit of planning, you can make sure your items go to worthy people and causes.
Goodwill
They accepts gently used clothing for all ages and occasions, toys, games and sporting goods, books, CDs and DVDs, furniture in good condition, home decor and linens, kitchen items, and electronics. 90 cents of every dollar spent at Goodwill goes directly to programs that help people in our area. You also can deduct many financial contributions to Goodwill. Find a location near you

The salvation Army
They mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name without discrimination. When you donate goods to The Salvation Army, those items are then sold at they Thrift Stores. And the proceeds are used to fund Adult Rehabilitation Centers, where those struggling with drugs and alcohol find help, hope, and a second chance at life. Visit the page or call 1-800-SA-TRUCK
